基因組學、蛋白質組學與生物信息學(GPB;《ISSN 1672-0229, CN 11-4926/Q》是由中國科學院北京基因組研究所、中國遺傳學學會主辦，愛思唯爾與科學出版社雙月刊聯合出版的英文國際期刊。GPB將于2013年開放。該雜志的出版物是來自世界各地在基因組學、蛋白質組學和生物信息學領域的高質量論文。對于提交給GPB的稿件，將在5天內作出直接拒收、直接接受或進一步審核的決定。此外，GPB還提供印刷稿件，所有被接受的稿件都可以在印刷前在線獲得，以便快速傳播。基因組學:功能基因組學，進化基因組學，比較基因組學，表觀遺傳學，轉錄組學蛋白質組學:蛋白質表達譜，蛋白質復合物的結構，功能，性質和相互作用，代謝組學生物信息學:基因組分析、序列分析、遺傳與群體分析、系統遺傳學、基因表達、數據庫、web服務器、算法、工具和軟件，重點研究基于高通量測序技術的大規模數據分析城規會歡迎世界各地提交下列類別的意見書:高質量的研究論文，呈現新穎的數據和想法描述創新方法、工具和技術的論文，以及為廣大讀者提供主要科學信息的資源綜合評論可以是完整的文章，也可以是與作者研究相關的小評論對新發現、科學政策和研究建議的評論和意見
