該雜志出版有關血液學和輸血的不同問題的原始理論和臨床調查，評論和臨床筆記。發表多篇文章，論述血液系統疾病的病因病機、臨床表現及治療，包括非血液學疾病(內源性疾病、中毒、電離輻射效應等)的造血。它使讀者了解現代免疫血液學的成就，保存和移植的骨髓。探討了獻血者服務、血庫組織、輸血部門、血漿獲取、血液成分、血液制劑、血液代用品等方面的問題，以及獻血者在不同疾病中的應用。推廣輸血血液學服務機構和個人的先進經驗。關于當前事件的材料，書籍評論和關于血液學和輸血的專題討論會被印在雜志上。1990年新成立“血液學學院”;超過30個關于免疫細胞學的原始講座，最新的血液系統疾病的治療和診斷程序已經在這個部分。自1991年以來，《切諾布爾》雜志的一個永久性版塊“Chernobul”出版了來自俄羅斯、烏克蘭和白俄羅斯的作者的資料，內容涉及血液病對切爾諾貝利災難清理者的調查，以及定居在受放射性核素污染地區的人口。1998年發現了“造血與免疫性疾病”一節。它是由基因決定的免疫系統缺陷，是某些血液病的基礎。主要的血液學家的原始講座，在每年10天的研討會上發表后，卡西斯基發表。本雜志面向血液學家、實驗室技術人員、治療學家、外科醫生、兒科醫生、麻醉學家、復蘇學家，以及生理學家、病理生理學家、病理學家等理論學科的代表，以及所有對輸血和循環系統病理問題感興趣的醫生。

The journal publishes original theoretical and clinical investigations, reviews and clinical notes concerning different problems of hematology and blood transfusion. It publishes many articles, dealing with the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture and treatment of diseases of the blood system and hemopoiesis including nonhematological ailments (internal diseases, intoxication, effects of ionizing radiation, etc.). It acquaints the readers with modern achievements of immunohematology, preservation and transplantation of the bone marrow. The journal discusses the problems of the donor's service, organization of blood banks and departments of blood transfusion, obtaining of blood plasma, components, preparations and substitutes of blood and their employment in different diseases. It popularizes the advanced experience of institutions and individual workers of the blood transfusion and hematological service. Materials on current events, book reviews and symposia on hematology and blood transfusion are printed in the journal. In 1990 a new section "School of hematologists" founded; more that 30 original lectures on immunocytology,latest programs of treatment and diagnosis of blood systems' diseases have been in this section since. Since 1991 a permanent section "Chernobul" in the journal, that publishes materials of authors from Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia on hemopoisis' investigations in liquidators of the Chernobyl catastrophe and population settled on the territories polluted by radionuclids. In 1998 a section "Hemopoiesis and immunity diseases" was found. It presents genetically determinized defects of immune system, that are in the base of certain hematological ailments. Original lectures of the leading hematologists, presented at the annual Ten-Day Symposia after I.A. Kassirsky are published. The journal is intended for hematologists, laboratory technicians, therapeutists, surgeons, pediatricians, anesthesiologists, reanimatologists, as well as for physiologists, pathophysiologists, pathologists and other representatives of theoretical disciplines, and all physicians interested in the problems of blood transfusion and pathology of the circulatory system.
