《物理學報》的出版物是基于“只接受邀請”的概念。我們仍然延續這一傳統，但該期刊現在對提交建議開放。《物理學報》的提案不是一份全文手稿，而是一份擬議出版的概念。它包括作者、標題、摘要、動機(關于目標受眾和主題相關性的詞語很少)和詳細的目錄。提案通過電子郵件發送到單個pdf文件。我們預計這個pdf文件的長度最多為兩頁(不包括目錄)。我們很高興能夠發表高質量的博士論文或具有很強導師性的論文。在這種情況下，我們還需要提交提案，包括審稿人的意見和論文的pdf。提案提交后，將由編輯委員會和外部專家進行審查。我們的答復應該在3-4周內。一旦提案被接受，就需要以tex文件(包括圖表和使用latex樣式的actastyl .cls)和生成的pdf格式提交出版物。我們非常高興地幫助準備最后文件。作者將免費收到他們的出版物20份，我們還提供(再次免費)另外10份分發到作者提供的地址。

acta physica slovaca publications were based on the concept "by invitation only". We still continue this tradition, but the journal is now open for submission of proposals. The acta physica proposal is not a full-text manuscript, but rather the concept of the proposed publication. It consists of authors, title, abstract, motivation (few words about targetted audience and relevance of the theme) and detailed table of contents. The proposal is emailed to as a single pdf file. We expect the legth of this pdf file is at most two pages (excluding table of contents). We are very happy to publish high quality PhD theses or habilitations having a strong tutorial part. In such case we still require to submit also the proposal, include comments of referees and pdf of the thesis. After the proposal is submitted it will be reviewed by Editorial board and external experts. Our reply should be expected within 3-4 weeks. Once the proposal is accepted the publication is required to be submited in the form of tex file (including figures and using our latex style ActaStyle.cls) and a generated pdf. We are very happy to help with the preparation of the final document. Authors are receiving for free 20 copies of their publication and we also offer to distribute (again for free) another 10 copies to addresses provided by authors.
