《海牙法治期刊》(HJRL)是一本多學(xué)科期刊，旨在加深和拓寬我們對法治的認(rèn)識和理解。它的主要興趣領(lǐng)域是:國內(nèi)、跨國和國際法治的最新發(fā)展國內(nèi)和國際法治概念與法治實(shí)施的理論問題;法治與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、民主化與人權(quán)保障的關(guān)系法治的歷史分析促進(jìn)法治的重大趨勢和措施(執(zhí)業(yè)人士注)。HJRL由荷蘭海牙的HiiL innovation Justice和荷蘭阿姆斯特丹大學(xué)法學(xué)院的Paul Scholten法學(xué)中心支持。

The Hague Journal on the Rule of Law (HJRL) is a multidisciplinary journal that aims to deepen and broaden our knowledge and understanding about the rule of law.Its main areas of interest are: current developments in rule of law in domestic, transnational and international contexts theoretical issues related to the conceptualization and implementation of the rule of law in domestic and international contexts; the relation between the rule of law and economic development, democratization and human rights protection; historical analysis of rule of law; significant trends and initiatives in rule of law promotion (practitioner notes).The HJRL is supported by HiiL Innovating Justice, The Hague, the Netherlands and the Paul Scholten Center for Jurisprudence at the Law School of the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
